Prep time 25 mins/ cooking time 5 mins/ freezing time 5 hours
This was a fast and easy dessert to prepare in the morning and by the time dessert came around all I had to do was get it out of the freezer and slice it. It went well with the asian flavors of the fish and beans and sometime this can be hard to pick a complementing dessert.
Top: make sure you really mash up the frozen raspberries well otherwise you get big icey lumps in the semifreddo. I think shaving some dark chocolate over the top would have just finished this dish off. But again delicious :)
I also love blue berries and think these would be great in this dish too!
