Sugar-Rubbed Pork with Maple Glaze p134


This mix of chilli and sweet tastes gives this dish a huge kick. Very easy, it is all about mixing the spices with garlic and brown sugar. Marinate for at least 1 hour. (which is all I did)

The Maple glaze is quick and easy to prepare with staples like maple syrup, cider vinegar, tomato paste, Tabasco, and Worcestershire sauce. This is applied during the BBQ processes.






Tip: Make sure to rest the pork.
